** Keys and vehicle must be easily accessible. A $25 fee will be added if vehicle and keys are not immediately accessible.

*** Diesel Diagnostics: MUST HAVE PROPERLY CHARGED BATTERIES TO COMPLETE Service. Upon arrival, if batteries are failing or dying there will be a $255 charge per battery minimum, or a $50 (Not including out of area service costs or diagnosis) charge to reschedule for another time. No exceptions

“Emergency Rates” begin at $500.00 this is made for those who have urgent needs to get their vehicle fixed, we show up and do our best, sometimes parts, prior obligations and weather will delay the repair window you agree this is understood and have researched your alternatives prior to booking.

Our diagnosis is GUARANTEED, this means if we cannot determine your issue because of OUR KNOWLEDGE; we will not bill you for diagnostics.

However: if your batteries are dead, key is lost, friend, mom, enemy, brothers buddy is not there to give us a key or let us into a gate to access the vehicle, or the many other encounters we have had that wouldn’t enable us to perform diagnostics or repairs you are still charged the diagnostic as a minimum billed amount for the knowledge we brought to the table for the appt which was booked.
